SMOOTH-LEAVED PARSLE
(Petroselinum crispum (Miller) Nyman ex A.W.Hill)
Dark-green smooth-leaved variety, with very jagged, split leaves. Noted for its strong aroma. It is very hardy and the new leaves sprout easily after cutting.
CULTIVATION: Sow directly into the soil in rows or scatter the seeds, and later thin out the small plants to a framework of 15 cm.
